Stayed Jul 10, 2022We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay at this rental. The unit was plenty large enough for two (or four) of us, was well stocked (we cooked and grilled at home often) and the location was great. We fell in love with Cheesman Park and spent many hours walking and enjoying the energy there. When we weren't at the park we could walk, or take the 10 bus downtown to visit the wonderful art museums and public art displays. I would, however, warn that it is an OLD house that is a little tired (some cracked tiles, squeaky floors). It is also a duplex and the neighbors presence was felt. That being said, we would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 1, 2021Barbara’s duplex was a great home base for our visit to Denver. The house is equipped with most everything you need. We especially appreciated the fenced back yard for our dog and the lovely covered deck and grill area to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Barbara is an excellent host. She was super responsive and kind.

Stayed May 21, 2021We were in this duplex for a month and couldn't have been more pleased. We were a half block from beautiful Cheeseman Park and in lovely Capital Hill. It is convenient to restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, and great ice cream. The hostess is wonderful communicator and the house is well equipped. There is comfortable outdoor furniture in the back space and a large grill. Although a duplex, the main side is occupied by permanent owners who were friendly and very quiet. This place is highly recommended.
