Cheerful,Very clean 4 Bedrooms house

The property was ran down. Fences were falling over. There’s no ac and it was almost 100 degrees inside. The house was mediocre cleaned by what looked to be non professionals. The grass gave people slivers. We didn’t get the entrance code till 15 minutes late. The owner only replied at 1 am to requests or concerns if at all. The deck boarding was not attached and people slipped on the moving boards. It looked like someone was living there due to bars of soap left on bathroom sinks, the toilet piping was rusted from people peeing all over and tinted yellow. 0 ventilation and people were faint from the heat. All around a terrible experience for my daughter’s sweet 16 bday party. Would not ever recommend anyone ever staying there. It was an adult family home that was ran down and not worth the high cost of staying there.

While the home itself was lovely and conveniently located, our overall experience was disappointing due to several issues. The listing was misleading—there was no hot tub as advertised, and the sleeping arrangements were not as described. There was only one queen bed and no pull-out sofa in the living room, which made it difficult to accommodate our group comfortably.In addition, the cleanliness was not up to standard. We found cobwebs throughout the home, and many of the walls were stained or dirty, giving the space an unkempt feel.We appreciated the charm and location of the property, but unfortunately, these shortcomings impacted the quality of our stay.

Was amazing and super spacious.

First of all me and my family of 9, show up to the prop around 11:30, because I asked the host if there was anyway we could drop our luggage off so we could explore the city until the house was ready and she said that was fine but when we showed up the current tenants were still there and said there check out wasn’t until noon, which it clearly states on the app check out is 11. We left our luggage in the garage which smelled weird and it didn’t lock. The host said it would be fine since it’s in the back of the house.. then the house advertises a hot tub, which there is not. It also states 1 room with a king bed and 2 rooms with queen beds. There was only one of those rooms with a queen and the other one had a full (def not a queen). Also the house was not very clean. Cobwebs in every corner, the fan in king room had so much dust and dirt on it I would not turn it on. You could tell walls were dirt and the slider door in the living room was filthy. The drains didn’t drain properly and we didn’t have enough towels for us all to shower, we had to share towels. I did contact the host the next day and she did bring more towels. But when asked about the dust and dirt and the room advertised with a queen bed only had a full she avoided that question..

It was clean convent for the event we had and was safe

The host was so receptive and it was a great place to house participants in our leadership program.

Not everything was as advertised

Great location very large property. No hot tub that we saw. The code was not the correct code to get the key but was an easy fix by calling the host. Host was easy to contact

House was very tidy and easy to find. Very spacious living area. We enjoyed our stay

The stay was fun. The house is nice clean was okay. Host of the house is friendly. We enjoy staying.
