Clean, quiet, close to Walmart/tims etc. Very polite and easy to deal with. I dont have any complaints what so ever. Thank you for making our trip for family wedding easy.

Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Check in and check out was very smooth. Location was perfect for our girls day at Thermea Spa. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the suite very clean.

This is a nice & quiet 2 bedroom basement layout that has most everything you will need for your stay in a very safe and convenient neighbourhood and close to many amenities. Jaya is an excellent, friendly host that is always available to her clients. We had to extend our trip twice for various reasons and Jaya was more than happy to help make this happen seamlessly. We also needed a late checkout time and Jaya accommodated this request as long as her place wasn't booked which was understood and greatly appreciated.

Very clean. H ad a bit of problem checking in but it was solved quickly by renter..Only problem and i know it is hard but noise from upstairs, woke us early and were gone.by 8ish.Everything else very good .

Jaya and Bharat were amazing hosts. They were very responsive to any and all questions. Check in and out was seemless.

We were in the area for a Lacrosse tournament. The apartment was immaculate and our hosts had thought of and supplied everything that we could need. Our hosts answered all our questions and emails promptlyAs persons of a certain age our knowledge of Smart TV is negligable and when we couldnt get the tv to work our host came to the apartment and helped us and even wrote out step by step instructions for us to followWe would very much recommend our hosts and their property

The location and check-in/check-out process was perfect. The shower and kitchen could use a deep clean. Can also hear people upstairs til late hours.

The rental was ample in space with two bedrooms, living space and a good size bathroom. The location was perfect to visit the nearby Thermea spa complex. The bathroom and kitchen were not clean. We did not feel comfortable showering. The kitchen had little to no cooking implements. Should be advertised as a basement level dwelling. With good cleaning protocols, a few simple upgrades and complete advertising. It has potentional.

We picked up our key upon arrival from the property owner, who was very friendly and pleasant. The rental had everything we needed, and a special shout-out for the soft warm cozy blankets. My request for a floor fan (to provide white noise for sleep) was graciously honoured. My friend and I felt well taken care of. When we returned the key the next day, the owner told us that providing this rental is a passion of his, which was obvious. Thanks so much for the kind hospitality!

This accommodation was as advertised - very clean and about 3 min drive to the spa. Host responded to inquiries promptly.
