Cheerful Clearwater beach home

Smelled like pee from the moment we came in. I even felt I had the smell on my clothes. It was extremely strong in the bathrooms. Stains on everything. So many bugs that jumped on you while lying in bed. . The host is responsive so that’s nice. But It’s way over priced for the amenities and the neighborhood. Couldn’t even enjoy the back patio cause the seating was disgusting. Dust Everywhere. Rust on the stove. Uncomfortable beds. Comforter’s that were stained. A clearly used sponge for the dishes. I would not stay here again especially for what we paid.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Largo! The host was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and super quick to respond to any messages. The house was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed — from kitchen essentials to beach chairs and toys, which was perfect for our family. We loved that it had streaming services like Netflix available to use and internet connection was great if you have to work while away from home. The space was bright, thoughtfully decorated, and very comfortable. It’s conveniently located just 13 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach and about 18 minutes from Clearwater. Grocery stores like Publix, Target, and Dollar Tree were all close by, which made running errands a breeze.We also appreciated the extra bedding and two rollaway beds — a great touch for families with little ones. The rate was very fair for the summer season, and overall, we greatly enjoyed our time here. Would absolutely stay again!*Photos are from after our stay.

Great property for families. House looks just like in the pictures. Very accurate description. Host super responsive.Good location, quiet neighborhood. Would recommend.

The living spaces were not comfortable. The beds were all very low to the floor. The lighting thru-out was not comfortable.

The location and house was wonderful. Has all the amenities you need. Felt like being at home. The host even supplies most everything you need for the beach and more. The ping pong table in the garage was a fun added touch. The host was very responsive. The only thing I would say needs improvement is could have cleaned a little better and I only say that because there is a cleaning fee added to the price, but it wasn’t terrible. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

This was by far the one of the best stays we've experienced. First of all, the home looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. However, what made this experience top notch was the host. He responded promptly and was so helpful during our stay and accommodated a week extension. Highly recommend!

Me and my friends stayed here for our spring break and it was wonderful. It was clean and the place matched the descriptions. Overall had a great time there.

The location was convient to most anywhere you need to go. The house was very clean and very comfortable. We loved the ping pong table in the garage. It provided lots of entertainment. The outdoor seating was great especially in the early morning and evening times when others i. The house were asleep. The beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our family stayed at this house and it was perfect! Very clean, no smells, beds were great, communication was great!! No complaints at all! We had a great vacation with our family. Thank you!
