Cheerful 6 bedroom property with cinema room

No BBQ Grill as advertised.Unable to enter until 3.30pm.Clutter, dead flowers, dust & cobwebs throughout.Garden furniture was dirty & broken.Grass was not cut. Front and rear of the property very scruffy.Cleanliness poor.In the bathrooms, pubic hair, head hair and toe nails.Shower mouldy on ceiling and paint coming off. Shower broken.Tap in the downstairs bathroom broken and actually moves.No spare toilet rolls.Kitchen cooking pans were generally unclean, damaged, greasy and had to either wash them or cover in foil to use.Knives melted and tip broken off.Non stick saucepans severely damaged.Oven not clean, burnt in food on the bottom.Fridge appeared to have dried food on the drawer. Fridge and freezer large split on inside.Dishwasher not working properly.Blind in kitchen broken.Painting / decore in property is very dirty. Light switches grubby and finger prints and handmarks on glass throughout.Back sitting room curtain rail broken.Shelving in bedroom covered in dust and hair.Bedroom 3 dreadfully damp.Smoke alarm in sittingroom out of date in 2022.The beds / bedding were beautiful, comfy and clean.The issues around cleanliness were not raised as this was something that required a deep clean the property. Not achievable during our stay.Communication was good but when sent photos of these issues reply was 'ok thanks for the feedback'. No reassurance he would be doing anything about it for future guests.Disappointing.

We enjoyed staying there as the house itself was very spacious and comfortable but we found the garden difficult to use as the grassed area wasn’t level. There were chairs and tables on some decking but not a great deal of space. The property was also advertised with a hot tub which we had all been looking forward to using, but there was no hot tub at all. Very disappointing.

House was as described, but was in a bit of a shabby state and wasn't very clean , we enjoyed our stay, it wasn't too far to the sea-front to walk.
