Host was very responsive, the pool and hot tub were amazing, and the location was great.

We were in town for a wedding and the house accommodated our large group perfectly. The property was clean and appeared exactly as listed. The pool was perfect! The host was quick to respond to questions and addressed issues that arose quickly. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, a wheeled cooler, and even a beach cart there for us to use. We will definitely consider staying here again if we are ever in the area!

House was excellent with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a pool/hot tub. Well furnished and in a great location, very close to Rte 75. We enjoyed a month there.

This house was not located at the address it stated in the listing. The actual house location was 15 minutes from the community we thought we had rented. Address was changed in VRBO while we were in the house. The pool was listed as heated but was not heated when we arrived. The hot tub was freezing. The house smelled like someone had smoked in it. The house was picked up and decorated nicely but it could have used a deep cleaning and some maintenance work - light bulbs out, towel rack broken off the wall. Based on our experience, I would not recommend booking this house unless the issues outlined were addressed.

The wrong address was listed on vrbo for the property we rented. We went to the address listed and that was how we found out. The Hall bathroom needs a new ballast the light kept dimming on us at night making it hard to see. There were enough bedrooms for the 12 of us which was great. Everything else was fine.

This was the ideal, convenient retreat for our family holiday gathering. We had everything we needed and the owner, Han, was wonderful and responsive. Definitely recommended.

You get what you pay for. This property was great for the price, lots of space and bedrooms. Nice pool for kids. Spa was not heated but we were told it’s going to be heated in December as this is a new property for the owner. The only reason I’m rating 4/5 stars is because this was likely rented sooner than it should have been as she is still fixing and improving things. There was an odor in the house, you could tell smokers lived there before. Owner is fixing the house up with new paint and many other things so that will likely go away with time. Owner was very kind, she responded quickly to questions. An informational book would be nice for the future so we didn’t have to ask questions but as mentioned, she was very quick to respond. Beds were comfortable and pool is great! The gate around the pool is great for little kids!
