This home was comfortable for 8 family members to share over Christmas. There was plenty of room for togetherness and rooms to retreat from the day. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
We were a group of 8 ladies from high school. The house was very clean, spacious and great to walk to town for dinner, drinks and shopping. Communication was good and check in was easy. It is an older but remodeled home with plenty of sleeping room. There is not central heating/cooling but two split cooling/heating units. Electric heaters were stored in the bedroom closets and used for heat in those rooms. Keep them on low to prevent the breakers from flipping. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall, I would return and rent this home again.
Clean, comfortable, cozy, and plenty of room/parking for the 6 of us adults doing a bike trip to the Hiawatha trail.
My wedding party stayed here together. It was absolutely perfect and the owner was incredibly accommodating. 10/10 stars
Good accommodations except electric outlets not working if both bedrooms have CPAP or other use. Downstairs issue. So some guests had to move to use CPap. Otherwise all was great!
Wonderful accommodations. Close to city center. Wallace is delightful.
5 couples met for a couple days of biking CDA trail. Location was excellent, within walking distance to everything in Wallace. Home was large enough to accommodate everyone and remodeled very nicely. Back room was an extra special bonus..space big enough to store our 6 ebikes. CDA trail just a block or so from house was nice also. Overall, a very good experience.
Two couples and a single lady here for two nights. Generally clean and well appointed. Upstairs bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms which made access for others inconvenient. Home needs a couple of minor maintenance items addressed. TP holder in downstairs bathroom is about to fall off the wall and the faucet handles are loose. Refrigerator does not have an ice maker, but there is a grocery store within about a 100 yards to purchase ice. The refrigerator was clean, but the freezer really needs to be scrubbed. All appliances seemed to be pretty new and functioned as expected. Kitchen garbage bags provided were much smaller then the provided container…that’s a problem. Any negatives as stated here, were minor and would not deter us from staying here again. Suggestions: Bedrooms could us wall hooks for clothes and luggage racks/benches for suitcases…there wasn’t convenient guest storage. Full bedroom on main needs closet rods. Bathrooms could use more wall hooks for towels.
The home was very clean and perhaps cuter in person than in pictures. Place is set up very well for skiers or cyclists with place to store all your gear and bikes. Smart set up for that. Overall we had a nice time being back in our home town!
Met some of our kids and grandkids for a short visit.
Great home, beautifully done. Plenty of rooms and real beds with comfortable mattresses. Parking off street for multiple cars is so nice! Location was perfect, truly walking distance to the whole town. Just minutes from great hiking and 30 minutes to Hiawatha trail.
We were there to bike ride the Hiawatha trail and the trail of Couer d Alene and also to relax. The location was perfect for both, and to walk to a restaurant for dinner. The house was very clean, provided everything we needed—even a washer and dryer! We will definitely be back!
Loved every bit of it. 20 min to Hiawatha, great city to stroll. Pulaski hike just a few miles out of town was so amazing. Don’t skip this property. We had 7 adults and 5 kids. Easily fit in beds available.
It was great, we had a very nice stay.
We enjoyed our stay in your house and in Wallace. It was enjoyable, clean and plenty of room. We’ll be back.
This house was updated, clean, and cute! It easily accomodated our group of 10. It was the perfect stay for our Hiawatha bike trail trip!!
Great spot. Skied lookout and silver. Had group dinners. Kitchen was fully stocked. Walking distance to fun spots in wallace!
6 old ladies reunited to play poker for the weekend, the house was perfect! Plenty of bedrooms, just a couple blocks to town for dinner and shopping. Loved our stay!
Love the house, except for upstairs the only bathroom was in the master bedroom. There were 2 other bedrooms upstairs . The kitchen had all we needed for cooking. Great location in Wallace.
This house was great! Location was the perfect Three couples gathered for biking, the patio, kitchen & communal space was great, plenty of bedrooms to choose from Thanks
My five friends and I came over for the Huckleberry Festival. The house was close enough to town to easily walk in, and far enough to be away from the crowds. The property was just as described. Well appointed, clean, roomy without being too big. Kitchen was well stocked. Owner had left good instructions for HVAC unit and for checking out. Nice sitting area in the front, lots of off-street parking.
Kitchen was great and had plenty of room for our large group. Enjoyed walking around the cute town of Wallace.
Very spacious with lots of room for everybody and a well equipped kitchen. This appears to be a recently remodeled home and there were a few details to complete. We had 4 people upstairs and sharing that bathroom, which was fine, except no towel racks! We had wet towels hanging all over the place when there was plenty of room for putting up towel racks/hooks in the bathroom. Also would have been nice to have a big salad bowl as the ones provided was too small for serving 6. An umbrella for sitting outside in the afternoon would be nice. Smoke alarm in the kitchen was a pain, keep going off when baking our ribs, moving it to the hallway outside the bedrooms would be the proper placement. All that being said (learning curve for the owners) it was a very pleasant stay and the owner was very helpful when needed. Walking distance to downtown and the grocery store was great. A great house for a group.
Location and description of property Just as expected. The door code sent to me by VRBO did not work. Luckily, there was note taped to front door with 3 emergency contacts to try. THe person who answered gave me a correct code to enter the door.
