Stayed Nov 26, 2024Pros: Property was clean and relatively comfortable. Modern fixtures, countertops, etc. Good floorplan with master on one side of house and other bedrooms on the other side. Nice to have use of the garage. Heat worked well (Memphis can be cold in November!) Cons: Kitchen is not well stocked - very few forks, spoons, coffee mugs, bowls, etc. No kitchen towels - just paper towels. Bathroom towels lacking - only 6 bath towels and washcloths for a house that sleeps 8. And no hand towels - just paper towels. This house is very close to the airport so the noise from planes can be disturbing, especially at night when trying to sleep. Too much air freshener/deodorizer - it was overwhelming. Couple of boards missing on fence in backyard. Host is not very responsive.

Stayed Sep 6, 2024Was in Memphis for my mom’s funeral. I had no where for my loved ones to gather. No partying just a lot of chit chat. The property owner was very understanding and the home was clean, spacious, and beautifully managed. Everyone said we would definitely stay there again. It felt like home.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024House was clean, well kept. In safe neighborhood. Only drawback is only five minutes away from airport and frequent jet flyovers and landings during early morning hours between 12 midnight and 6 AM.

Stayed Aug 17, 2023This was the second time I rented this house. My adult children and I stayed here for a funeral service for my nephew. The listing says 3 king beds, the master bedroom has a king but the other two bedrooms are queen beds. That should be corrected in the listing. Also there was a strong moth ball smell in the house. Not sure if the owners request that, or if the cleaning people put them in there. Other than that, the house was comfortable. Could use more silverware and dinnerware.

Stayed Jul 4, 2023This house was clean and updated. Great neighborhood as well. We were in town for a youth baseball tournament and it met all of our needs.
