This home is decorated in a modern eclectic feel with thick velvet curtains and plush couches. We've got plenty of room for a number of guests in these huge bedrooms. We went with stainless appliances and preserved the original countertops in the kitchen. The home is equipped with an office with a convertible futon for those late nights. The backyard is fully fenced allowing for plenty of space for your pets and children to enjoy.

Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $20.00 per hour (minimum of one hour). Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension.

Security & Monitoring
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable).

Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors.

AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

    No glasses, no ice or trays, oversize dorm fridge, stove from the 70s. One small sauce pan, one frying pan, plastic forks, no mixing bowls -impossible to cook a decent meal. The house smelled like per urine, wood floors horribly stained. The furnishings are like what someone would find thrifting - two outdoor plastic lawn chairs are in the dining room. The neighborhood is awful. Our entire Thanksgiving was ruined. We had to throw away all of our perishable food and ended up in a hotel. Host has no reviews - I see why! He will not give us our money - please don’t let him rent this to another family. Nobody should stay at this property!
