Stayed Aug 31, 2024The property we rented was a perfect size. But when my family arrived at 4:30pm, 30 minutes after check in, the owner was inside the home. Stating he was “making sure the home was clean”. That in itself made me feel uncomfortable. Then we tired to take our children swimming, but this wasn’t possible. The whole complex smelled like Marijuana, and people were drinking while smoking Marijuana at and around the pool, and walking around yelling/loud voices causing others to come outside asking those to quiet down. If you are a family that is wanting something quiet, this place is NOT for you. There should be rules and/or someone keeping an eye on the property. We have stayed at numerous VRBO and this has been the worst experience. I have tried to reach out to the “host” or “owner” (last night) and I received a generic message asking for a 5 star review.

Stayed May 25, 2024This place is an excellent place for a family vacation. What the best of it was we all had our bathroom. The interior design was impressive. All in all, I gave A+ for the property!
