Cheerful 3-bedroom New Townhouse near UW/Seattle Children's with Free Parking

Both of my daughters had appointments at Seattle Children's over the span of 2 days, and this property is only 1 mile away. It was quiet and had all the amenities we could need! Gary responded immediately when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

This rental was a perfect fit for our family of 5 adults. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen was just right for casual breakfasts.

Gary the host was amazing to work with and communicated promptly. I recommend anyone to stay there, property felt safe & secure.

The place was great. Families should just be aware that all bedrooms are on the second or third floors as clearly stated in the description.

The townhouse was the perfect location for our stay! We were visiting family in the area and the convenience of the proximity to them was so helpful! The home was well stocked with items that are “creature comforts” such as coffee, spices, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. The rooftop was a nice place to hangout in the beautiful weather. Parking on the street was easy and convenient. The provided parking was a little tight for our rental mini van however, compact cars would be better for that area.

Newer contemporary feel. Well-stocked kitchen and even stocked bathrooms. Lots of stairs. Master on the 3rd floor, roof top deck up a 3rd flight of stairs. Could use paint touch up from no doubt luggage scratches in stairwells, but overall a nice experience. Did opt to park on street which is better than trying to get to the right spots behind the building. There is some road noise if you're a light sleeper. Consider ear plugs or white noise.

The townhouse was perfect for our family. The queen and king sized beds, nicely stocked kitchen and laundry made our stay feel more like home. The access to public transportation made it easy to get around the city. The area was safe and not over crowded.

Great location with easy access to UW and surrounding areas. Townhome was clean and had great views too from the rooftop. As others have noted, parking space is a little tight but there’s plenty of street parking available.

We loved our stay in this charming home. It was clean, had all of the essentials and the host was friendly and attentive.

This place was great for our family of 4. Each kid had their own room and us parents had a whole floor to ourselves. The place was exactly as advertised with comfortable beds and anything and everything you would need in a kitchen, board games, and baby items if you need it. The location is close the university and a short drive into the touristy parts of Seattle. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

This townhouse was nicely appointed, clean, comfortable, and kitchen was nicely stocked enabling me to cook a couple great meals. But what stood out to me was the attentiveness of the host. I couldn’t find a can opener and he had 1 delivered the next day!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Much appreciated early check-in. House was great for our family. Easy on-street parking as car park was too small for our large car. Well stocked house and good location within Seattle.

I stayed at the unit for 5 days with my family, and we loved the location and the property. However, the parking space behind the building was narrow, so I parked on the street.

Perfect place for myself and 2 other adults. 3 large beds and a quiet neighborhood, slept like a baby all 4 nights.

Very clean place and just very responsive when we couldn’t figure out how to turn on heat. Parking tight but so grateful for dedicated parking. Great place!

This property is well-maintained. Beds were comfortable. We stayed with another couple. Each of us had a bedroom and bathroom. So that worked really well. Kitchen was stocked with enough pots, pans, utensils. My only nit, is that the property is near a major street and there was a fair bit of noise. We went on a great walk down to the waterfront. The neighborhood is well-taken care of.

Very nice property. Mornings are a little noisy and property parking is not great, but street parking was just fine. Overall I would recommend this property and stay there again if I make it back to Seattle.

We had a great week of family time! Great location to downtown and all other sites. Communication was excellent and every question was answered within minutes. House was well maintained and had everything we needed. The roof top was our favorite place to spend time together. Would stay here again!

This place was perfect for our family stay in Seattle. We had our three little kids with us and the layout and cleanliness allowed everyone to be comfortable and to sleep well. Which isn't a given with all vacation rentals. It was great.

Great place to stay for our family, clean, easy access to Seattle and close to UW for a tour. Had everything we needed.

We came to tour UW and loved the proximity to the campus. The property is in a nice, quiet residential area. We had everything we needed from a rental for our short stay.

Overall- excellent place to stay. Great location, wonderful and responsive communication with the owners. Well stocked for all types of needs. Very firm beds, comfy pillows. 3rd floor shower is spa-like. Views from the top deck are relaxing. Kitchen table is not for small children as the only place to eat, but we made due. Parking is a challenge, unless you have a small vehicle.
