Cheerful 2 bedroom home with parking on premises

The host was a great communicator; we had to add a day last minute and was very accommodating. The house itself was great, a fenced in yard for the small dog, cookware, extra blankets, etc. 5-7 minute drive to anywhere downtown and convenient for UBER etc. We would stay here again if in the area. Thank you!

Our host was wonderful. We had an issue with the heater the night we arrived. He came right over and fixed it and check in the next day to make sure it was still working

Check in was very easy. Kitchen is very minimal, low on silverware. Place was clean, just smelled a bit musty.

This house was simple but comfortable. It provided everything we needed and Josiah was a good host. The neighborhood was modest and quiet. The location was super close to the natatorium (only 6-7 minutes). Young rose bushes have been planted around the house and fence. I'm sure it will be pretty later this spring.

Property was great. Close to Lucas Stadium. Clean and comfortable. Josiah responded quickly to messages. We had fun and made memories.

This cozy neighborhood home is a perfect location for quick, easy access to downtown Indianapolis sites and venues. Excellent communication with host. Would stay here again in the future.

The house was very nice, beds comfortable. The only issues we encountered was that there was a very large paid of women's heart-shaped polka dot underwear under the main bedroom nightstand. And whoever washed dishes before us left a ton of water on the plates, so every time we pulled a plate out, water sloshed on us. I don't hold the second thing against the owner, but the underwear should have been found and picked up by the cleaner. I did leave it there because I wasnt about to touch another woman's dirty underwear.

Nice house in quiet neighborhood with a perfect backyard for the dog. We were in town for Special Olympics Summer Games and the house was perfect for our stay. Our pooch loved running around the yard and we were able to relax on the patio each evening. House was clean and suited our small family. We will look forward to staying here again!

We only stayed a couple nights but would rent again. The fenced yard was nice for the dogs. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but not far off the highway and very easy to downtown. It was a very hot couple of days and the air conditioning in the house worked very well and was appreciated. It was so nice that we were able to have our dogs with us.

We needed an additional night lodging on our trip to Indy. This adequate little bungalow fit our needs. Close to downtown area. Easy access for Lyft/Uber.

Had a few bugs, smelled like mold during the stay, some dishes and utensils were dirty, wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed but wouldn’t do again.
