This is the second year in this house. Very comfortable, fits us perfectly (17 of us). The pool is enjoyed by all and a highlight after returning from the beautiful beach. Beach access from the house is great and of course having a golf cart to haul all of the beach paraphernalia is a plus.

The house was amazing, clean, and so inviting. We loved the pool, spacious decks, and quick access to the beach. The majority of our time we were at the beach or gathering on the front deck. The beds were so comfortable! The host was very responsive when messaged. We will be back again!

Nice place

Nice place and great layout. Great location. Very clean. Wish they included more basic amenities for the cost (a few more roles of toilet paper and some soap would have been 0.0001% of the rental cost) but did have lots of beach toys- I ended up renting chairs and beach toys because they said they didn’t have much, but would have had plenty and didn’t need to rent. Kitchen was well appointed to cook anything. Pool was very nice and golf cart was a great touch.

Even though we had cold weather and record snow fall my family had a great time at the Soggy Dollar. Plenty of room to spread out. Sarah was great with communications. Elevator came in handy for those who needed it. Only negative was the golf cart. It looked old, rusting and didn't work. Maybe just a bad battery due to the cold weather.We love Navarre Beach and would stay at the Soggy Dollar again. Thanks Sarah

The space was nice. Only ONE roll of paper towel, trash bag, toilet paper roll in bathrooms for a home that holds 22 and we were staying for 6 days. So be sure to purchase your own after paying a significant amount to stay. Bathrooms are not equipped with any toiletries, dryers etc. Furniture is very worn.

From the moment we arrived and opened the door to the time we checked out, this place was wonderful!! The location is premier, the space is grand and there separate areas for people to sleep was wonderful. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets. It was a gem stocked with everything we needed. The host was lovely and we can’t wait to come back.

Had a group of 12 ranging from 5-80. We all had a great time and Sara is a great host. Would definitely go back.

We spent the week with our family, ages 8 months to 86, and we all had a wonderful time. There was plenty of space to sit and visit, whether inside, on the porch or around the pool. The extra large kitchen with 2 of everything was perfect, as was the extra ice maker. The golf cart and elevator made everything so much easier, and every bedroom had its own bathroom. Sarah was wonderful, and very responsive. We found this home to be perfect for our family, and we will definitely stay again if we return to Navarre Beach!

Great property for family vacation :) Nice size pool and good access to beach especially with the golf cart! The property owner was very responsive to any inquiries.

Beautiful house, very clean, fit our group (6 adults and 8 kids) perfectly. The pool was very nice with plenty of chairs. The beach was a 3 minute walk.

The absolute nicest home we have ever stayed in! Lots of room. I love the three master bedrooms. The porches are great. Nice location to the beach and close to the bridge so easy trips to town for sushi or ice cream! The single floor plan layout is so much nicer than multiple levels. The pool is really nice!

Beautiful house and great for a large group! Having everyone be on one floor was really nice. Easy to get to the beach, especially with the golf cart.

We loved the beach house! Had a great time with friends to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. Everything was clean! Enjoyed the pool! Will be back!
