Stayed Aug 1, 2025Could you a update in the bathrooms as well as the sofas. Some stains on sofa. Pet fee was extremly high for only 3 nights. I do understand its a cleaning fee however it was more than what others do charge, even with a shorthaired dog, trained and respectful of premesis.Contact with property was quick to respond and very efficient.

Stayed Jul 14, 2025This property is perfect! We loved the area. It was very easy for kids and our two small dogs. The only complaint was the beds were pretty hard. Some memory foam mattress toppers would help out quite a bit. I am already looking at other properties owned by the same company for our trip next year! We would love to stay at this listing again but we may have more people with us next time. Thank you to the owners and management company for an awesome stay with an easy check-in and out experience.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025The location of this townhouse was perfect for our stay - somewhat away from the busiest part of PCB but still close to plenty of restaurants and shops in PCB and nearby Laguna Beach. We could easily walk from the house to the beach, and the community pool was right next door.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great home and very clean. I do recommend a large rug in front of the door on the inside. Water on ceramic tile isn’t a good combination. I learned this the very first night there. Other than that, this is a great dog friendly, neat home.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025We loved staying on the west end of PCB. Quiet and easy access for us to ride bikes to Conversation Park. The unit was pretty well equipped. Nice touch with welcome bag and spice rack! The unit was nice but we found that it may need a good thorough cleaning in the bathrooms. Along with a few other minor things such as room darkening curtains in the master bedroom would be a plus All in all we enjoyed our stay.

The unit was very clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed as a family of 4 and two dogs. We loved how close we were to the pool and the beach was just right across the street! We especially liked the back deck area. It made spraying off from the beach so easy. There was plenty of green space for the dogs. My onlySuggestion would be for the second bedroom to have blinds or black out curtains.. the curtains in that room are sheer so it made for early rising kids. Other than that, we loved it! We will definitely stay here again!
