Charming/cozy 2bedroom cottage

Nice rental, quiet neighborhood.

Safe location. Cute. Quiet. Nice place to walk around.

Pictures look much better than the real property. Be aware the house is hard to cool. Has 2 AC window units in bedrooms and a large box fan for the living area. Living room areas were never below 80 degrees. The house smelled of mold/mildew. The AC unit in master bedroom was full of what looked like mold/mildew. The floors are uneven and give under you when walking. It needs a deep cleaning. On the positive side. The beds and sofas were comfortable. It's in a nice location. To be fair we did not call the host about the AC. We assumed there were no other options.

We were there for BGSU orientation and the property was a perfect location to the campus (walkable). We could have not asked for a better little house to stay at and had no issues or problems.

Had to relocate to this property abruptly after another one didn’t pan out. Owner was great and very accommodating. House is well kept and comfortable.

Have stayed here a couple of times now to visit with kids going to BGSU. It’s perfect for a weekend stay and it’s not a very long walk to the restaurants and bars.

We had plenty of space to visit. Loved the screened front porch. Location is close to downtown. Bedrooms are a bit small but we slept comfortably. Nicely decorated older house

Was not happy that we came back and had to carry coolers and bags from way down the street no parking close. No room to walk around the bed in one room so had to roll across bed to get in and out of bed. Also trouble finding light switches and no garbage bags so had to use little Walmart. Ate we brought stuff in.

What a great spot for an extended stay in BG (5 days for my daughter to attend a journalism camp at BGSU). It's bigger than it looks and has lots of character. Two very comfortable couches - one in the foyer and a large sectional in the living room --a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus, and I loved reading and working on the screened in front porch - especially in such a safe and quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again or in any of their other BG VRBO properties. Clean accommodations, and quick communication with the host. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved the old house charm. Very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed ourselves. The house had everything we needed.
