This property boasts 130 feet of waterfrontage, which wraps around the cottage, allowing for water views from almost every angle. While this property has the privacy and seclusionof rural living in a fully winterized cottage, it is also just a 10-minute drive to the conveniences of downtown Huntsville.'

For year-round fun, the cottage is within an 18-minute driving radius to Hidden

Valley Highlands Ski Area and Muskoka Ski Club, Arrowhead Ice Skating Trail, and several golf courses. There are also snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and hiking trails within walking distance.' The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 four-piece bathroom. The bedroom on the second story has a picturesque Juliet balcony with a scenic view of the lake. The fully-stocked kitchen overlooks the elevated cathedral pine ceilings in the dining area.
