Description

Great lake views from an enclosed sun porch, with swimming and fishing right in front of the cottage at the end of a private sixty foot dock. 3 bedrooms with room to sleep 6. This cute little cottage has hosted generations of families in a relaxed and beautiful setting. Enjoy lake life with access to nearby towns like Holland, Grand Haven and Saugatuck. Summer season is mid-June through mid-September. Note that the local township has limited owners to rentals of 28 days or more, so we are offering you the opportunity to reserve a stay of that length, at a discount of 7% off our regular rental rate. A fifty percent deposit is required upon reservation, plus $150 cleaning fee, $250 admin fee and $250 refundable security deposit. The balance of rent is required three weeks prior to move in. No smoking or pets please. Temporary daytime boat docking of renter's watercraft only allowed with owners' advance permission. ONE MONTH (28 DAYS) MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD

We had a wonderful week at the cottage. Joel and his wife were amazing at check in and super easy to communicate with. The house was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything!! Great location, peaceful, right on the water. The Sun room was wonderful. Perfect spot for our family vacation

My family and I had a great vacation at this cottage. There is a lovely screened in porch to hang out on and watch the sunsets and it is bike-able to beaches and the city of Holland. It is a very nice place for a smaller group and the host is on top of everything!

Charming, vintage, and clean lake cottage. Well-appointed. Grocery store and good restaurants down the street. Short walk to boat rental for a sunset cruise.

This cottage is classic Michigan! Not too fancy or complicated, but perfect for a week get away to cooler weather and a slower pace of life. The owners are lovely and splendid landlords. The location is ideal—we’d rent this property again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for our needs and the house was clean and well-kept. The screened porch was definitely the highlight, but my son also loved having his own space in the attic bedroom. Joel and his wife were excellent hosts, meeting us at the house, offering advice and tips, and even lending me a bike for the week.

The hosts of this cottage were very accommodating. Very clean and has everything you need. It does not have a dishwasher but that is not something that is needed. This cottage is right on the water but has a fence with a gate that makes it secure for the kids to be in the backyard.
