On the garden level, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a toilet, and a shower room. For leisure, there is a large relaxation room with a pool table and home cinema. A large garage and a parking space are also available. Amenities: Wi-Fi, refrigerator/freezer, television, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, toaster, crockery.

The grounds are wooded and beautifully maintained. A fireplace is provided for decorative purposes. End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Electricity consumption is extra during the off-season.
