Property was well maintained and clean. Ample parking in a nice neighborhood. Great location if interested in spending time in 5 Points or USC campus.
I came to Columbia to visit my daughter for family day during her graduation from Basic Training at Ft. Jackson. I wish I had more time to stay in this beautiful home. It was immaculate. It really exceeded my expectations.
Comfortable and clean!
The stay itself was generally fine; some of the typical minor issues you see with rentals, as the condition was somewhat rougher than shown in the pictures, and the college-area neighborhood had piles of trash and mattresses at the curb everywhere. I can handle those types of issues. What I can’t get past though is how much we were let down by the property manager. Leaving the morning of our check-out date, we left the house in good shape — starting laundry, stripping the beds, starting the dishwasher, and taking out the trash when we left - all the normal things to leave a place in line with how you found it. Unfortunately, when leaving, I forgot my key ring on the hanger near the front door. I realized it when we got home, 6+ hours away, much too far to turn around. I called the property manager who told me they had found the keys, and she offered to mail them. I was really thankful! As she requested, I texted her my address so mailing them back would be easy. But the keys didn’t show up. I texted again, a week later, offering to pay shipping. Silence. Texted again, still silence. Texted again 5 days after that, and nothing. Finally, now nearly three weeks later I texted one last time, again offering shipping and emphasizing how much I need this key ring, but still I’ve gotten no response. It really feels like it is a basic component of managing a rental like this that you help out when someone forgets something of value behind. Really disappointed.
Nice parking space Great shower Would stay again
This unit is an end unit closet to the driveway which makes it perfect for loading and unloading your car via the front steps. The back door is on the second floor technically so there are many steps so the front door makes it much easier! Which I didn’t realize till we left. The house was kept very clean, soap, shampoo, paper towels etc where stocked. Garbage cans provided for trash. The property manager was so awesome and understanding. We overslept the day of check out. She called and I told her 20 mins we would be out. Thankfully we didn’t end up having the other couple with us. And we actually only ended up being there one night because we got there late. However she was super understanding and thankfully didn’t charge us for being past check out. I totally recommend staying here! There are many shops and restaurants very close! And the parking offered felt secure and off the street.
The property was wonderful. Great location. Easy entry. Clean. Just perfect.
We came into town for a concert. The house is close to good food and major streets. Also, really close to USC which was also a nice place to visit while we were in town? Would definitely recommend and stay again!0
