Charming townhome with free parking on premises

It was a wonderful experience

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood that was close to the stadium, but not right in the middle of everything.

Home was comfortable and easy. Will come back

Overall it was pleasant- quiet neighborhood Good location for our event Received key code on an email The next day code wasn’t there on email I had to contact the host to resend. That took way too long Property needs a little upgrade - mold on ceiling in bathroom- need new mattress on master bed. Note to host - it would be nice if you at least furnished basic soaps - hotels even do that- had to go to the store and get bath soap hand soap. Kitchen not stocked with baggies or foil or anything like that. Didn’t cook much but other Vrbo that I’ve been to mostly had all that kind of stuff. Couldn’t figure out the double routine in LR just was a large couch.

I was trying to choose between this rental and one that was $100 more. The pictures showed this rental to be quaint but it had exactly what we needed. Pros-covered parking, cute patio to sit in, onsite laundry and most of the cooking utensils we available. Cons-smelled really stuffy (my kids exact words were, why does it smell like a grandma's house?), all soap dispensers were almost empty, the carpet was sticky, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the shower handled was broken (but still usable), there was not a usable bathtub stopper, hot water ran out fairly fast and didn't get hot. There are a few other things but for the most part you catch my drift. To be fair, we didn't reach out the property owners because at that point, there's not much that could have been done.

The home was beautiful, parking excellent! For the most part, the furniture and surfaces are lovely! Downstairs the wood floors were lovely and clean, and it is well decorated. It was advertised to have a smart TV, but it won't hook up to your phone. As for the amenities... There was toilet paper and hand soap, towels and a blow dryer in the bathroom, but no shampoo or conditioner. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes and utensils and a roll of paper towels, but a used sponge was the only washcloth. The refrigerator and stovetop were clean. There is no form of food. No coffee to put in the coffee filters and no salt & pepper. (We bought stuff to cook, but didn't think to buy S&P!) The bedroom carpets need cleaned, there were sticky spots. That was really the worse part. The parking is very convenient and we had no trouble getting in with the key code. The house was comfortable and lovely. If it hadn't been for the carpet needing cleaned, I felt it was excellent value for the price.

Nice place with good location. Love the private back patio - great for coffee in the morning or an afternoon drink.

Had everything we needed for a hectic work trip, yet close enough to explore the area with a walk or Uber!
