Stayed Oct 10, 2025The home met our needs for a girls trip for the Ashtabula Covered Bridges festival. House was clean. I did not receive check-in information until after arrived and called the host. Backyard/fire pit area has steep ground/incline to get to the chairs and fire pit. No lighting in the backyard area.

Stayed Sep 27, 2025Great stay! Liked that it was pet friendly and close to a lot of the “go to” spots. There is a 50 fee for pets and a pet policy that I did not see in the listing before booking. I would recommend this gets added to the listing unless perhaps I just missed it! I would stay here again.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025Very clean. Not far from GOTL. An additional pet fee was not mentioned when we booked, but mentioned afterwards. We chose, therefore, to leave them at home which created some additional unnecessary work on our part to find family to pet sit. Otherwise, it was a pleasure to stay for a visit.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025Love love love this place. Perfect location, so close to wineries and the strip. Comfy and lots of amenities. Having coffee packets ready each morning was a nice touch. There were 4 adults and a dog and we had more than enough room. Backyard was perfect to walk the dog. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

Stayed Jun 20, 2025The home was very clean and in a nice area. There is a main road that runs in front of the home so there is some degree of road noise. The host has very good communication skills and responds quickly. The beds are a little low. All in all in a convenient location and a good stay.

Stayed Apr 23, 2025We were here for a sporting event at Spire and this could not have been a better location! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hosts were so responsive. We had one small issue in the morning, and they had it fixed before lunch. Better than a hotel!

Stayed Sep 15, 2024Stayed here 4 nights. Wasnt sure about the noise from the traffic, being on 534. It was quiet at night. Daytime wasnt bad. The inside of the house is really nice. A big back yard. Theres a grill and a firepit. You can park your vehichle in the garage. Close to fast food, grocery store, gas station, and wineries. If and when we come back to the area, we will definitely want to stay here again.
