This was a great property. Rooms were good size Game room was super fun. Spacious outdoor area and back yard. Host was super responsive and friendly I would give this property 5 stars. However, one of the main reasons we rented the property was the outdoor space and grill. We had purchased several hundred dollars of meat to grill for the weekend. The grill was out of propane due to the valve being left open. Not a big deal, we could have gotten another tank. But, the grill was completely unusable. Grates were rusted & not clean, the flame guards were crumbled and rusted. The grease trap was not attached. Other than the grill, house was good.

It was an amazing property. We received the door code in advance of our stay. The house was spotless. The game room was fun. The fire pit had plenty of wood and the weather was perfect.

We returned for graduation. Again, we were not disappointed. The house was even decorated for Christmas, which I LOVE! Everything about this place is top notch. Highly recommend renting....going for a Master's degree, so we will be back :)

House and Kitchen were generously stocked. The beds had soft mattress toppers and were comfortable. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. Incredible backyard space. Photos give an accurate representation of property.

This property was fantastic! So many games and plenty of room for everyone to get ready to attend a nearby wedding. This home was extremely clean and the host has gone above and beyond to provide everything needed for a great weekend! All of the beds were comfortable, as well as, the furniture. I would definitely choose this place again and highly recommend!

Loved this property. Very comfortable with plenty of room for a family. The backyard was also nicely equipped with a firepit, seating, a swing, etc. The garage has been converted to a game room which would be greater for older kids! Would definitely stay here again!

The place was great, located in a quiet neighborhood with lots to do. Plenty of amenities at the house. Close proximity to a lot of activities. Very clean, welcoming and home feeling. Would certainly stay again.

The beds were not the most comfortable and the bathroom essentials ran out before our stay was over. Other than that, the kids had a great time in the game room and using the fire pit. The location was safe and convenient.

When we come to town, we always look to see if rhis place is available. Been perfect each time.

It was nice and clean. The backyard had a nice seating area where we could chill and have our morning coffee.It wasn't a far drive or uber ride to the game or downtown area.

Home was clean and had everything we needed. I will say if you prefer a firm bed this may not be for you. Not a negative just letting you know the beds are not firm. Overall was pleased with the home

This is a very quaint property. It was perfect for what we needed it for. The owners take great care and the home is well supplied and nicely decorated. Our visit was due to UARK move in and we needed a place that allows pets. Property is not too far from campus and can see renting this home again for a game weekend. The garage game room is great. We loved the ping pong table! It is perfect hang out place for tailgating and/or watching the game!

We only needed a place to land for one night as we were helping in the move of my grandchildren to U of A. Was pleasantly surprised by the location, condition and space of this home. It was so comfortable and spacious as well as being very clean - almost sanitized. The garage set up with all the games would be great for a large group. We are going to look at availability for a return stay.

This house was the perfect size for our needs. The amenities are excellent. Location is great and was easy to travel downtown and to towns close by.

We came to Arkansas for my grandsons baseball tournament. There were 4 adults and 3 teenage boys stayed the first night with us. Plenty of room for us all. This house was absolutely perfect. It was extremely clean, comfortable, roomy and it was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It was stocked with many amenities that was an added bonus. The backyard was very nice but unfortunately we didn’t get to use it very much due to rain. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating on the huge sectional. I would book this home again in a heartbeat.

This is a cute house in an ok neighborhood. Would have been nice if the yard had been mowed. Beds were very comfortable, house was very clean. The game room and bikes were a nice touch. Close to everything.

We had a great stay at this home, two years in a row over Easter weekend. Everything was exactly as described, and we enjoyed our stay once again.

A group of three University of Arkansas moms stayed at the house!After saying next to the campus the past three years, we chose to stay in the suburbs! We loved the house, and wished we could’ve enjoyed the backyard area. However, it rained all three days! The decor, and all the extras added for our benefit were much appreciated! We enjoyed our stay, especially because there was room for our daughters to stay with us!

We enjoyed our stay. The games in the garage were an added bonus!

It was a great property and place to stay. We really enjoyed the outdoor area and the size of the rooms. It was a perfect location for my son who lived only a mile away.

Great house in a neighborhood that is peaceful, but still convenient to lots of activities and the uark campus. Very clean, comfortable, and the amenities couldn’t have been better with anything you need and then some. Would absolutely stay here again.

My family really enjoyed this house! When we arrived, the house was decorated for the Christmas season and my kids loved that! The games in the garage kept my kids entertained so that the adults could relax between wedding events. The beds were so comfy and the couch was perfect for snuggling up to watch Christmas movies by the tree. The location couldn't have been better. We were within 20 minutes to everything. Will definitely book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property - there was a well stocked kitchen, the bathrooms had everything we needed, and the house was very cozy. We loved the game room as well as the backyard outdoor space - everything was inviting and perfect for unwinding. We loved taking the bikes to the park, and on rides around the neighborhood. The neighborhood itself was wonderful for walking and stretching our legs! The house was close to Battlefield state park, and several other activities we went to. The house could use a deep clean - nothing was dirty, just some buildup of dirt in the bathrooms/ main spaces. We did have to adjust the bikes - it seemed like someone had crashed them - the handle bars were misaligned but they fixed easily. Normal rental house things ;) Overall an awesome house would definitely stay again :D

Myself, my best friend and our boys decided to have a mom/sons weekend for the Hog game. This house was perfect!! The boys had a blast in the game room. Everything was so comfortable, clean and more than accommodated our needs. Will definitely stay here again on another NWA visit!

This house was perfect for our girls weekend! The house is great for adult friends that all want a queen/king bed. No one gets stuck in a twin. The house and property were very clean and the back yard was great for morning coffee before some serious shopping and perfect for a glass of wine after. Would absolutely rent this one again!

We stayed at this adorable home while we were visiting friends in Prairie Grove and going to an event in Springdale and the location was perfect! It is located in a very nice subdivision that felt very safe and is close to any type of store or restaurant that you could want. The home itself is clean, well decorated and the backyard is so big and comfortable, we set outside with our pup every night when we came in. We will definitely look into the availability of this property when we visit again.
