Sandpoint, Idaho
Sunlight streams through this clean, comfortable, attractively decorated, 3 bedroom 2 bath home that is perfect for family or group stays.
This is an older house with a lot of charm that makes it unique!
The house is in the heart of Sandpoint - walking distance to all the great restaurants, the farmers market, entertainment, shopping and recreating in/on Lake Pend Oreille and the Pend Oreille River! Also just minutes from the base of Schweitzer Mountain - perfect for skiing and snowshoeing.
Property is pet friendly with an additional $250 refundable pet deposit + $20 daily surcharge per pet.
Such a cute house, plenty of room for friends and family. It was fun watching movies in the living room on the big couch and playing darts in the kitchen. All the beds were comfy. The kitchen was updated and it even had extra food in the pantry. Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub. I would recommend this place to anyone and can’t wait to stay again!
Very nice Hoping to come again next year
Property was quaint and clean. It was a quick and easy walk to downtown Sandpoint. I was in town with my husband and 2 kids and the house was a perfect size. We would stay here again.
Story book setting! This house is a charmer, luxurious pillows and bedding. We slept so well. Walking distance to town and lake.
I'm reviewing this based off of my expectations. It's not a 5 star resort, but that's not what we expected. Overall our stay was 5 stars for the price. It was clean, in a great spot and the fenced in yard was a plus for our dogs! There was a little hiccup while trying to access the house, it was supposed to be unlocked but it wasn't- the access code was sitting on the counter inside the house. We received the instructions an hour after reaching out to Travis and we were then able to get in. We were arriving a few hours before check-in, which we had confirmed prior with Travis, and he said that was fine, so it wasn't that big of a deal. Also the code should probably be changed since it appears the code is the same for everyone, but maybe I'm just overly-cautious because crime is so much higher where I live. Some suggestions to make the stay better would be to have more than 2 wash cloths in the entire house. Metal sautee pans instead of non-stick (the non-stick were all scratched up and I wouldn't use them like that - thankfully the BBQ was there to cook sausages and I brought breakfast sandwiches so I didn't need to cook any eggs). Curtains over the shades in the bedroom would make sleep much better, the shades alone let in too much light. The bed in the master bedroom was very firm but we got used to it. The location is excellent, quiet, you can walk to everything. Being able to park under the carport was a plus since it snowed a few times while we were there. Overall we'd recommend Travis's place if you need a stay in Sandpoint!
Property is in a great location, walking distance to lake, restaurants, bars and shopping! Checkin was easy and place was clean & comfortable.
The house was awesome! Great location and close to downtown. We enjoyed the breweries close by. We met a massage therapist (went to Baja) and a cousin of an Amy or something? They knew you, Travis. Thanks! P.S. Maybe a ceiling fan in the living room/dining room!
Enjoyed our stay. Great Location, close to downtown and the beach. Walked everywhere. Covered deck allowed for a comfortable outdoor sitting area for barbecuing and visiting.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Travis was great to work with and very responsive. The place was clean and had every amenity you would need. The location was PRIME. It is 2 blocks from everything - all the shops, restaurants, and the lake. We walked everywhere and never needed a vehicle. If you’re looking for a great spot in Sandpoint that has plenty of space, this is for you!
What a fantastic week away with our children. Everyone had their own room and this house was close to food and fun in Sandpoint!
