Stayed Nov 17, 2025This home is a great place to stay when you are in Jacksonville. It’s well taken care of and you can tell there is a lot of pride in the ownership. The neighborhood is very quiet and great for taking long walks. It is ideally situated near the Avondale shopping district, which is only a 10 minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Was a great place for the furry family members and place for them to walk. All the family were very impressed with the house and said they would love to come stay again.

Stayed Jan 20, 2025Stayed for two weeks. This property is well-located, with a 15 minute walk to the shops and restaurants in Avondale. The house is spacious and well appointed. We especially appreciated the large master bathroom and kitchen. The property owner was responsive to our questions and requests. Lots of bedrooms for a larger group.

Stayed Mar 24, 2024The house is clean, well decorated and spacious. It is located in a quiet, desirable neighborhood which is close to a museum, parks, shops and restaurants (walking distance for some). The house is plenty big for a group of 6 or more. I could live in this house!

Stayed Oct 19, 2023My family LOVED gathering in this home. It's spacious, well stocked and beautifully located. Host was responsive, accessible. The backyard seating area was lovely for morning coffee and evening chats.
