Charming fisherman's house tastefully renovated. It is ideal for a family of 4. Possibility of additional sleeping in the living room, comfortable new sofa bed. The living room is large (40m2), clear and pleasant. It is through and a large picture window gives access to the garden terrace. The living room consists of a lounge area with 2 sofas, an armchair, a large coffee table, a TV (Orange subscription), a dining area, and the kitchen. The kitchen, with a central island, is equipped with quality household appliances. 4 electric ceramic hobs, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, classic filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster. The 2 bedrooms, in a row, have, for one 2 bunk beds, and for the other 1 double bed of 150x200, they both overlook the garden, quiet. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a washing machine.
