Charming, private, quiet, split A/C, family friendly townhouse at Ocean Edge

We had a fantastic time! The house is perfect - the owner is wonderful. We will definitely be back!

We had a great week in the mid-Cape area and Mona's vacation rental was a great home base. Very thoughtful rental with so many home comforts, just bring clothes and personal belongings and you're good to go! Adding on sponsored guest access to the Ocean Edge Resort amenities was worth it, as we enjoyed both pool complexes (Fletcher indoor / outdoor pool literally only a 2 min walk) and Arbor Pool either a 15 min walk or couple min drive. Close to local beaches and only like 20 min away from the Dennis beaches! Very convenient for exploring the area. Would definitely stay again!

This is a wonderful location for visiting the Brewster-Orleans area, including their beaches, and for walking, biking, and even golf. (This condo is next to one of the golf course holes on the Ocean Edge Resort). This condo is outfitted with all the necessities for cooking, eating, and sleeping (except sheets and towels you must provide) and is adequately furnished and decorated. It is comfortable and pretty, but not plush. The owner is in communication as soon as one arrives and is anxious to know that nothing is out of place or broken in any way, when you arrive and when you leave. In our case the owner complained that we did not report a curtain that we couldn't get to slide completely back into place, when we departed. We have no idea what caused this defect or when it happened. The owner accepted that it was normal wear and tear and took responsibility for getting it fixed. She just wanted the unit in pristine shape for the next guests and didn't like surprises. We'll be more proactive and sensitive next time.

We had a wonderful trip. The house was very clean, welcoming and Mona had everything that we could possibly need. Mona was thoughtful and reached out to make sure that we had settled in and were enjoying ourselves. We will definitely be back!

This was a great house! Mona was easy to communicate with. She made us aware of a problem before we arrived and is getting it fixed. This house met all of our expectations. It was great to have a huge TV with the Olympics going on!! Mona left a list of places to eat. Since we are from Minnesota and Finland, seafood was at the top of our list. I will definitely keep this place in mind if I visit Cape Cod!!!

We had a great time. We’ve stayed here two prior times and it’s because everything we need is right here. The home is well stocked with supplies and even had some nice renovations inside updating the home even more for this year. The homes location is great with everything we need nearby. We will be back again.

What a great property and host. Mona checked on us when we arrived and when we departed. The property exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was provided. The condo was exceptional, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

We stayed for 2 weeks to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and loved our time there. The place was great - had everything we needed. Mona was terrific - from the booking to the check-into the time we left. Very responsive and a pleasure to work with!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The location in brewster is great, and being on the Ocean Edge property is convenient. We could walk to the pool which my kids loved (heads up the outdoor one is not heated but the indoor one is). It is also right near the Cape Cod Rail trail, so we could just hop on our bikes from the condo and head out. As far as the condo itself, check in/out was super easy and Mona was very easy to communicate with for any issues. It was clear that she equipped the condo with everything you could need - pots, pans, cooking oil, paper towels, laundry detergent, you name it. I was even surprised and thankful that i found a bed rail attachment in the closet so my 3 year old daughter didnt fall out of bed! The condo was a perfect size, location and very cozy for our family of 4. Thanks mona!
