Jensen Beach, Florida
Walking distance from Indian River ,fruit stand and fish market, only a bridge away from the Jensen beach,Key West style home and neighborhood. Close to dining ,boating, kayaking. Five minutes from Stuart . My home is kids and pet friendly with a fenced in 1/2 acre to run and play. The history of this place is that in the 19th century it revolved around pineapple farming. John Laurence Jensen, an immigrant from Denmark, arrived in 1881, and set up his pineapple plantation, which became the town of Jensen. By 1894, the Florida East Coast Railway reached this area, and freight shipments were loaded directly onto the freight cars. By 1895, Jensen was called the "Pineapple Capital of the World," shipping over one million boxes of pineapples each year during the June and July season.
Great place , had a couple of issues but management took care of them.
It really was to bad, the bedding, pillow cases, throw pillows all had black dog hair all over them. There was a definite issues with the electrical which for us was scary, but the filthiness of the bedding took it to a whole new level. Will not go bad nor recommend to anyone.
This cute little place was very cozy. We would stay again if we are ever in the area! Great communication with the owner! We loved to kitchen and the shower is awesome!
Great kitchen, excellent shower with multiple heads, and our dog loved it!
Would definitely stay again and again
The finishes in this space were beautiful and it was a comfortable place to relax. I didn't read that it was on the second floor. Stairs weren't so much an issue as the lack of sound proofing inside and the 5am diesel truck starting up every morning. Pet owners -The fenced in yard did have several panels missing.
The interior of this 2nd floor flat is fully renovated and has a nice big shower. The unit is comfortable and inviting. The only con is there is Other people that live on the property in the bottom unit and we didn’t know that checking in. We felt a bit uncomfortable for a brief moment. We would stay again.
Everything was better than expected. Didn't care much it was upstairs but other than that it was a nice place for our visit. We would stay again
