    This was a wonderful property in a perfect location. We enjoyed the watercolor beach club and the beach daily. We walked into seaside for dinner at night and barely used our car the entire time we were there.

    The place was lovely. The front porch and swing was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked. Real coffee pot—no pods needed. There were two king size beds and excellent bedrooms. The third bedroom was a full size bed, not a queen. We had a great time. We would book again.

    This house was so great for my two teenage girls. We were within walking distance to the beach/pool, but the golf cart was there in case we didn’t feel like walking. Quiet street with easy access to Watercolor and Seaside town centers. Will stay again.

    Overall I loved this house and location… but I agree with another review below that the king sized mattress in the primary bedroom is very uncomfortable and needs a new mattress. I had to sleep in the smaller guest room which has a small full sized bed. That mattress was better but still not great. For these high rates, the mattresses should be better. Also the grout needs to be cleaned in the primary bath shower. If you fix those two issues, I’d give it 5 stars.
