Complemented by two split systems, wood fire with ornate tiles and mantle in the living area, plantation shutters or blockout curtains offers you comfort all year round. The interior unfolds to a north west oriented living zones with 6 stacker doors revealing sun-drenched undercover alfresco decking with an outdoor spa, a great place to enjoy with family and friends.

    Thankyou to our Hosts at nos 17 Katherine Circuit Cowes. This is our second visit in so many years and we love the accommodation The location is great and the home is equipped with more than you would expect from a Holiday Rental. A few things may need some n next attention. Ie the hot water situation and the claw foot bath plugs. Both claw foot baths were unusable for the whole month There were a couple of other minor issues but nothing from deterring us from requesting a re-rental Next year. Thankyou for the use of your lovely home

    A nice house in the back streets of Cowes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with two 4-yr olds loving the kids room. Overall, our stay was mostly positive and recommend the house. As a few others have mentioned there is some work required in some areas (garden, bbq etc.).

    The property was a great layout and catered for a group with a variety of ages. It’s a great location and was well looked after. We had an issue with the spa not heating which was unfortunate as the kids couldn’t use it.

    Hi, we were very excited to stay at this property, it was grandfinal day and all we wanted to do was make a bbq and have a spa...however when we got there the spa was dirty and not working and the bqq was filthy! The house needs maintence and a good sort..the kitchen items are all over the place, tomato sauce sitting there out of date, pans dont work on the stove due to be damaged, no bin bags provided etc. The house is also extememly dark and the lounge near the kitchen is so uncomfortable. A positive is the play room for kids, although toys again need to be sorted and cleaned.

    Overall a lovely 3 week holiday. We usually stay In Genesta st but was unavailable this year. We were very happy to be availed of your home. Couple of small things. Code was wrong when we arrived. Coffee machine was broken and it just needs a suitable broom and dustpan to regularly sweep. Thankyou again

    This is a beautiful property and very easy to navigate as everything is well set up, clean and spacious. Great for a big family or several adults. Perfect for beach holiday or winter cosy stay!! Good communication with host. We will be back :)
