Charming, new 4-bedroom house in Roseville with WiFi and AC

Return customer. Hosts are very accomodating with our needs and price range. Recently updated flooring in bottom level from carpet to tile. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Plenty of linens and other necessities you may need away from home.

The house was very nice. We loved the kitchen, although we had 12 people but only 4 sets of dishes were available; food was left. The living room was very spacious. We never felt over crowded. The washing machine and dryer were amazing. We did encounter a few problems during our stay. First, trash was left along side the house; there was balled up linen on the floor in the closets; none of the rooms had drawers and there were only a few hangers. We had to live out of our suitcases for the 5 nights we were there. The air conditioner was not working properly. I informed the owner that it was as hot as 86 and 88 degrees, which made my family very uncomfortable. The owner offered a few suggestions, which helped a little. Thankfully, the nights were cool but a fan had to be purchased for the day. Aside from all of that, the thing that grieved me the most, the owner reached out to me concerning a noise complaint from the/a neighbor. It was about 3:30 in the afternoon and my 3 & 4 old grandchildren were playing with water balloons in the backyard, remember it is hot. Someone also complained that there were a lot of people entering the property. The owner reminded me of our contract agreement of 8 adults and 4 children. That’s a total of 12 people. The owner had a ring camera in the front and back of the house, so he could have verified that without saying anything to me. That put a damper on my entire trip. I informed the owner that we were traveling in town for my son’s wedding.

Owner’s communication and response was great. House was very clean. I would suggest maybe dressers and night stands. No complaints at all. Amazing stay. We are looking forward to staying again and would highly recommend.
