The walk-out finished lower level has picture windows facing the view with a large recreation, play, home theater room area with 65 QLED TV surround sound, Apple TV, Video and board games, full office set up, monitors, printers, large work surface. A great place to hang out or work from home.

The house is located ¼ mile from the Sugarbush Mount Ellen base area and 4 miles from Sugarbush Lincoln Peak and Mad River Glen. The location provides convenient access to Waitsfield and Warren shopping and restaurants.
