Charming Mountain Retreat Lg Mod/Kit on Stream/Fire-pit/Hot Tub

Ray was an excellent host. He was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The space was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. He even left us a bottle of wine, which was a thoughtful touch and delicious. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend his place to anyone visiting the area.

The house was immaculate and had everything needed. Also,the property was peaceful and scenic. Would highly recommend.

We loved the property the little patio by the brook was my favorite part. There is also an expansive deck and yard as well. Interior of the house was spotless. Ray was a fabulous host will be back again this was our second trip there!

This property was everything that it was advertised to be. The location just minutes away from Hunter and Windham Mountains was perfect. The property itself was beautiful with numerous fire pits and Solo Stoves all over the place. The stream that runs past added to the overall relaxed feel. Everything was a breeze, and we had a great friends getaway.

We went up to Windham for a wedding. The house was a great place to stay and hang out, instead of sitting in a hotel room staring at the walls and waiting for the wedding. We sat out on the deck, socialized with other family members and got dressed leisurely. Ray is a wonderful host and had tons of suggestions for meals and activities

We had a wonderful stay. The house is well arranged with lots of outdoor places to relax around a fire and a nice large family room. It has everything you need. The location can’t be beat, with the private yard on the stream right out back, but it’s still only five minutes to town. Ray was a great host with excellent recommendations.

From start to finish, this rental was perfect for our annual girls hiking weekend. Great amenities with multiple outdoor locations to relax. Very clean and tidy, great living area to relax in mornings and evenings. Property owner was extremely friendly and personally walked through the property to show us all the great things the home has to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

The friendliness of Ray is what was most memorable. He provided wonderful recommendations for adventures and dining. Will definetly hope to rent again from Ray.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home for our quick getaway! The house was clean, kid friendly, had an espresso machines for the adults (huge plus), and the truly cozy. We’ve been visiting Windham annually for 8 years and this is far & away our favorite home away from home so far. Can’t speak highly enough of our experience. Hopefully we’ll be back next year - as long as we book in advance!

The pictures didn't do it justice. The place was so nice and cozy. It was so inviting and comfortable to hang out with my family for the Thanksgiving weekend. Ray was so super nice and very attentive to all of my questions even before we stayed at the place. He met us on the day we arrived and showed us around and gave us all the tricks of the house. His list of things to do in he area was also very helpful and informative. I'm so glad we stayed at this place. I would definitely stay here again when I decide to go skiing.
