Perfect location and seemed to be in the middle of absolutely everything we needed. Groceries, restaurants, mall, and parks all within 3-10mins.
We enjoyed the location , the beds were super comfortable.
Definitely a perfect location!
There were bed bugs and my family sleped on the floor. There were appliances in backyard. Left early did not stay whole time.
The property was in very poor condition paint chipping off the siding all over. The window frames were worse. Then there was a pile of junk/trash the owner must store on the property. I would touch eother grills or use the table they looked like they would fall apart of you did. The inside was nice but spare. The only room that wad semi decent was the living room. A previous review mentioned the beds and I 100% agree the front bedroom the bed needs to be thrown out it was horrendous. The back bedrooms was okay but no air condition and the room was way too hot. I was completely disappointed by this and literally slept on the couch both night it was way more comfortable and the room had a decent air conditioner. I stayed so I wouldnt have had to find a place to board my dog but would have been better off doing that and getting a decent hotel. 100% stay away!
This was just what we needed for a few days in Billings. The owner was very kind and helpful!
Good value for the money
My daughter and I came to visit family. We both lived in Billings for some time. Our flight was changed and we arrived earlier than planned. Traveling with a infant and a toddler I reached out to ask to check in earlier. The property manager accommodated us. He was attentive and pleasant to deal with. A charming property. Many amenities not found in other properties.
The property was very comfortable, we enjoyed it. Sean was very helpful. Thank you very much..
I booked this property approximately 1 month prior to my stay. There was no communication from them until the day prior to my stay confirming my booking “get ready for your trip” message and address of property. After driving all day, I realized I had not been sent access information. I spent 3 hours calling, messaging host and chatting with virtual agent with no answer or resolution to why I had not received access and how this issue could be resolved. There was an hour wait on phone to talk to someone and was automatically disconnected several times. After no luck, at 8pm I was desperately trying to find last minute pet-friendly accommodations which was difficult. I was also unable to cancel booking with this VRBO, managed by Evolve property management. I now, 3 days later have not heard from anyone except this message “how was your stay?” Unbelievable!!
Good
I will start out my review stating that this property served its purpose so it earned its three stars with that, but this home had some flaws that should be addressed. The first being the air conditioning. It’s true there’s ac by way of a window unit that is too small for the house. We ended up sleeping in the front bedroom on the worst mattress we’ve ever encountered. My wife ended up with a scratch down her calf from some plastic or Velcro on the mattress. The back bedroom mattress seemed better but it was too hot to sleep back there. The second issue would be the lack of hand soap. In the Post-Covid world you’d think this would be provided, but the bathroom and kitchen dispensers were bone dry.
This is an older home that is well maintained in a quiet neighborhood. The bed is comfortable. The shower head is very high so tall people will love that. The kitchen has everything you need. There’s a grill in the backyard.
Exceptional. Cozy and well cared for house with large backyard and a delightful neighborhood. Large open and inviting living space . Small but efficient kitchen.
