Charming Midtown Gem!!

Place was super clean, good showers and comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen, linens. Great location. Exactly as pictured.

Everything was perfect. Starting with the reservation, communication and checkin process, was smooth and no issues The house itself is the cleanest property we’ve ever stayed in, the beds were super comfortable, and we slept better than home, the bathrooms were large and clean!, the kitchen was well appointed and we were able to prepare an incredible Thanksgiving dinner. The neighborhood was quiet and location perfect. The only issue was leaving to go back home to snow. I hope to return to the area to stay here in the near future!!

Stayed here with my daughter and friend so we could all be together while moving her into FSU. Very cozy house. We snuggled on the big couch and watched movies every night! Communication was great with the owner.

My husband, 1 year old and I stayed here for the weekend and had the perfect vacation! House was beautiful, huge kitchen, comfy couch, beautiful bathrooms, quiet neighborhood, and great location.

Stayed here for a family member’s surgery at TMH, very comfortable and conveniently located. Mike was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The location is so close to shopping, downtown, the Governors Mansion, Universities and so much more. The house is adorable with a large kitchen and all the conveniences of home. Beautiful bathrooms and the place is super clean.

It was a pleasure to stay in this well appointed house. The house is well maintained, the layout is great, kitchen/dining seating fantastic, and bathrooms are updated. We particularly loved the beds, so much so that we are going to inquire from the owner what kind of mattresses they have!

Mike was wonderful in all his communications with me. He and Stephanie provided everything to make the stay a warm and welcoming environment to spend the holiday and post holiday season with family and friends. The house was in a beautiful walking neighborhood and accessible to all the shops, and restaurants for great indoor and outdoor dining.WholeFoods and a great chocolate shop was a 2 minute drive to stock the house for preparing great meals during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and all provisions well stocked. We cant wait to return. Many thanks

Quiet and comfy 4 night stay. Liked the openness of the kitchen and living room. Perfect spot for our party of four. Fire pit in backbyard added bonus. Will stay again.

We came in to Tallahassee for our niece’s wedding and were thrilled to have such a modern, clean, and cozy place to stay. We will definitely be back.

My colleague and I travel to Tallahassee often for work and this is our favorite place to stay! The kitchen island is amazing!
