Charming Memphis Home

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The home was clean and you walked into a very nicely fragranced space. The owner was responsive when I had questions. I would recommend fixing the lock on the storm door. It would not latch. Thanks for a nice stay.

My family enjoyed our stay here. The host was easy to communicate with and quickly responsive. Good internet and Nest thermostat. We were basically in the house to sleep and shower as we were helping a family member move so we didn’t get to use the tv’s or backyard but it was good to have them available.

Awesome would definitely rebook

Host has been harassing us about supposed damages to back yard furniture. All patio furniture was weathered and dry rotted. In addition, because it rained every day, we were only able to be outside for a total of two hours. He also wants us to pay for a key that doesn't exist. The instructions only gave a code for a key pad and no key was ever mentioned, not even in the house rules. We added additional days because of a death in our family. In total we stayed for 6 days. If we were destructive, surely there would have been issues inside the home. Unless you have extra money to throw away, avoid this host!

The house was clean and very welcoming. Neighborhood was quiet and made it easy to get to places without horrible travel. Highly recommend this house for a stay.

nice, clean well equipped home to enjoy your vacation, specially after a long day out coming back to relax with enough space for everyone to spread out is a plus. will stay here again. neighborhood is quiet and highways is not far its good place to stay.
