Stayed Aug 9, 2025We enjoyed our recent stay in this lovely property situated in West Tisbury. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of shade and great for walking. The property owner provides a free walk-on pass to Lambert's Cove Beach which is a short 15 min walk away; you can also purchase a parking pass from the town of West Tisbury. We love the open floor plan of the first floor and the adjoining deck in the rear of the house. The 3 bedrooms on the second floor are nicely furnished and have comfortable beds. All of the amenities described in the listing-including bedding and towels--are as advertised.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024We had an exceptional week with our parents and two young daughters at this clean, comfortable, well-stocked home. The house had everything we needed, including cooking tools, linens, and beach gear. We enjoyed spending time on the deck, grilling, and using the outdoor shower. Location is perfect- very private, but just a short walk to beautiful Lambert's Cove beach!

Stayed Jul 6, 2024We had a great stay at 21 Duck Pond Road! The proximity to Lambert's Cove was perfect - we enjoyed several beach days and even a hop into Ice House Pond. The house was well stocked, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed our time immensely! The location is remote but easy to get into town. We mentioned several times that we didn't even feel like we were on MV in July because it was a quiet and peaceful stay.
