Welcome to Sapphire Bay, a serene lakeside retreat on Lake Ray Hubbard in Rowlett, TX. This stunning three-story home is just steps from the water and offers breathtaking lake views, making it the perfect setting to enjoy the great outdoors, whether you`re exploring the walking trails, boating, or fishing. Inside, you`ll find modern comforts across three levels, with a gourmet kitchen and great room on the second floor opening to a balcony with lake views.

This house offers self-check-in, eliminating the need for any in-person interaction. However, rest assured that I am available to assist you, as I live in town. I am typically accessible unless I am at work or asleep, ensuring that I can promptly attend to your needs.

The neighborhood is conveniently located 40 minutes from both DFW Airport and Love Field Airport, and just 17 miles east of downtown Dallas, near the intersection of Interstate 30 and the President George Bush Turnpike. The 116-acre Sapphire Bay Peninsula serves as the gateway to the City of Rowlett and is surrounded by 2 miles of shoreline in the center of Lake Ray Hubbard.

To ensure a hassle-free experience, the property is equipped with a secure, keyless entry system using an Ultraloq Smart Lock. Guests can conveniently lock and unlock the door using a personal entry code provided for the duration of their stay. Say goodbye to the inconvenience of losing or returning keys!

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTY POLICY

We welcome responsible dog owners and their well-behaved dogs. To ensure a great experience for all guests, the following rules apply:

• All dogs must be disclosed and approved prior to booking.
• A maximum of one dog is permitted unless otherwise approved in writing.
• Guests must provide the dog`s breed, size, age, and number of dogs before arrival.
• Cats and other household pets are not permitted.

Undisclosed animals are considered a serious violation of house rules and may result in additional fees, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property.

Dogs must be housebroken, well-controlled, and supervised at all times. Dogs may not be left unattended at the property unless kenneled and quiet.

• Guests must pick up and properly dispose of pet waste.
• Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
• Guests are responsible for preventing damage to landscaping, furnishings, flooring, and outdoor areas.

Guests are fully responsible for any excessive cleaning, odors, stains, pet hair, flea treatment, damages, disturbances, or remediation costs associated with their dog during the stay.

Any dog creating safety concerns, aggressive behavior, sanitation issues, property damage, or excessive noise may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund in accordance with platform policies and applicable law.

    Such a lovely home. We had a nice stay. It was peaceful with great freeway access.We stayed only a couple of nights and wished we had more time to explore the area. The check-in process was super easy. The lake was amazing! People fish there in the mornings. The home was clean and everything you need is easy to find. It had 3 bedrooms. One on the first floor and 2 in the third floor. 2 rooms have a view of the lake. There are also 3 bathrooms and a convenient powder room on the main floor - 2nd floor. The kitchen was also well stocked with appliances and supplies all you have to do is to fill up the fridge :-) There is also a barbeque area by the patio on the first floor.Thank you Minh and Duy for your hospitality!

    We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous lakefront house. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunset over the lake. There are multiple balconies and places to sit outside. The house is large with plenty of room to spread out. My son enjoyed fishing with the pole they provided. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. We enjoyed the extra touches that other houses lack. There is some construction in the surrounding area, which is newly developed, but it wasn’t bothersome at all. The area was quiet and felt safe. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We have already recommended this house to others and would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.
