Charming Lake Front Cabin With Amazing Screened Porch-Hollywood Harbour

This was our 3rd stay at the lake house and it didn’t disappoint us. The location to GCSU West Campus was perfect for us to assist our granddaughter’s apartment move in and for us, along with our little dog and daughter to have some family time at the lake. We especially enjoy sitting on the porch early morning and evening listening to the birds, reading and having a glass of wine. Our little dog enjoys running around in the fenced in backyard. The beds are comfortable and kitchen well supplied with all necessities.

We enjoyed our time at the cabin and Holly was wonderful to work with. There was plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked, we loved the old Hollywood theme. The screened in patio has a beautiful view, there was a fan that didn’t work but it was still a great place to sit a visit. The bathrooms are small but manageable for the most part. It would have been nice if there were televisions in the bedrooms, but that would not ever keep us from renting this cabin again. All and all we had a nice stay and appreciate Holly sharing her lakeside cabin with us.

We enjoyed our stay at Hollywood Harbour. The screened porch was a family favorite. We took advantage of the floats, paddle boards, and kayaks provided. The cottage was well equipped. Plenty of hot water and cold a/c during our stay. We brought our doodles and the fenced in yard was so convenient! Communications were prompt and easy. We hope to return soon.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The house layout was great for 4 adults and 2 teens. Huge open kitchen/dining/living area. The large screened in back porch was where we spent most of our time if we weren’t boating/fishing. House is well stocked and kayaks and lake toys were supplied. Fire pit was fun at the end of the day. Host is very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. We have already planned our next stay!

This property was perfect for our family. The property is an older property but in the process of some upgrades. The bathrooms while clean, were outdated but exactly like the photos. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need. Loved being able to use the paddle boards and kayaks. Excellent stay.

The house was as advertised. Nice home, very clean with everything that we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful porch, and it had great water frontage, it was perfect for us to get out and fish. The location was good, not too far from town. Also, the communication with Holly was on point! We will look forward to our next trip here!!

This was our 2nd stay at the Lake House and it continues to be one of our family favorite places to meet up! Why Milledgeville? First of all we have a student at GCSU that we enjoy seeing and supporting … with family driving from both Florida and the Atlanta area it’s a perfect place to gather and relax by the lake. 3BR allows us all to have privacy but large tables and sectional couches provide plenty of space to eat and seat, watch TV or play board games. The fenced backyard is perfect for our little dog to run around and the dock, fire pit and quite neighborhood gives us a sense of peace Pictures online is exactly what you get and even more, with a host who is very accommodating. We are already planning when our next stay will be.

Originally scheduled to stay at this house with other family members for family weekend at GCSU, but hurricane Helene gave us second thoughts since we weren’t familiar with the area or house, but after several text back and forth with property manager we decided to drive up from Florida. The house was exactly what we wanted and we were very pleased with its location. The accommodations were perfect with 3 Bedrooms and it felt very cozy with the fireplace on in the evening watching storm updates. We weather the storm by playing games and by day 2 we were sitting out on the dock watching a beautiful sunset. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of places to eat with large tables inside and on the screen porch. We had our small dog with us and he totally enjoyed running around in the fenced backyard as we checked out the fire pit. Communication with property manager was outstanding as I spent more than a usual amount of text to her regarding storm issues- her response was always within minutes to my questions. We were so pleased with our stay and have already rebooked for a November stay. The wind was a little breezy so we did not Kayak or paddle board, but the equipment was there if we wanted to so maybe on our next stay. It was a great stay and I would recommend it!

Our stay was amazing. The house was better than expected, the pictures don't do it justice. It is very well stocked with lots of towels, linens and everything we needed to do a July 4th cook out. The beds are super comfortable, and the layout was great. The screened porch adds so much space and is truly beautiful. The lot and the view of the lake were magical. It's also really close to everything. We will definitely stay here again. Holly was an amazing host and provided lots of fun toys for the lake, we all had a blast!!
