    Great Florida bungalow with great location close to the bay! However, I will be very careful not to rent any properties managed by AMI via VRBO or Expedia. While they replied quickly to messages about issues with the property, their continuous response was “I will send a technician out”, which required 2-3 days of reminders and prompting to address just one of the issues. Furthermore, I would caution renting this property (especially in the heat of summer), until you have confirmation that the air condition is functioning properly. While they sent out a technician the night of our complaint as it is considered “an after hours emergency”, his suggestion was to close some of the vents in the house to shuttle air to bedrooms …the follow up for this issue involved multiple calls to contact us to inform us that (2) other technicians were coming out over the subsequent days, which was then followed by another (outsourced) AC company visit, however, still with no improvement of temperature control. It seemed the AC is much too small for the property.

    Loved the pool time. Greatly appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The view across the street was delightful. The three ‘mini suites’ made it perfect for three friends to gather and enjoy some quiet time.

    We had a great stay at this property. Location was perfect with a beach right out of the front door. Perfect size for our group of 8, 4 adults, 4 kids (4-10). Everyone loved the pool and proximity to all Anna Maria Island has to offer.

    I own a house on the northern side of the island. It’s under renovation, so I needed another place to stay. This house was as close as I can get and allowed me to do all the things I love in AMI. I obviously prefer my own home, but this house was just as advertised in a great spot.

    Our stay was wonderful! The beach and park are right across the street. The house was great and there was plenty of space for everyone. It's open, clean and easy to reach out if anything is needed. We hope to be back next year.

    The property is quaint but the property was not kept up. The landscape in the back pool area was overgrown and didn’t allow us to enjoy the space to the fullest. There were several cockroaches in the home when we checked in and through out our stay. The floors were dirty and we could tell the home was not cleaned properly.
