Stayed Sep 7, 2025Great Beach house. Restful stay . Simplicity is the key to design in my book . Plenty of fluffy cotton towels and beach towels . Comfy bed ,5 minute walk to private beach. well stocked kitchen , cute and inviting cottage and back yard . we want to make the stay a fall tradition . easy to work with owner . everything perfect.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024Property was exactly as pictured and described. Beautiful, Very clean, new and modern with lots of amenities. Good location to restaurants/attractions and the beach. The property owners were delightful and very helpful from beginning to the end of our stay. With our experience I would highly recommend without reservation, and can’t wait to come back again!

Stayed Jun 1, 2024Very clean and well appointed cottage. Owners very helpful. Whole island has issues with WIFI , may be a LAN connection from cable company would help. Streaming PC videos involved a lot of spooling. Beach equipment provided but sun umbrella is small, really only suitable for shade for one person. No Bicycles, but easy to rent them. We found it more convenient to drive to Tarpon beach access, walk from car park is the same as local Nerita beach access and Tarpon has restrooms. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed May 16, 2024We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was easy and as promised. The house is super cute , very clean, and updated throughout. It's in a great location and super close to the beach. The owners were very responsive when needed. Can't wait to go back !!
