The garden is perfect for summer barbecues or relaxing on the sun loungers. You can walk to Lake Navarrosse or explore the many cycling paths for a leisurely ride.

The residence is located 100 meters from the lake, 9 km from the ocean beaches, and 8.5 km from Biscarrosse town center.

A refundable security deposit of €700 is required for the property.
Tourist tax is extra, according to the current rates.
