Charming house on an acre in the ❤️of DT Dripping Springs

Owners were wonderfully accomodating and great communicators. Home is lovely and provided all we needed for a comfy family stay.

AC in the main part of house was non-functional from the get-go - we reached out to property manager and was given You Tube videos back on how to control a thermostat. We slept with no AC and still woke up to the house being 79 degrees despite it being on all night. We tried contacting mnager again, but no response after 2 hours, so I had to contact VRBO support which got the ball rolling and we DID get a technician out quickly to repair it, but unfortunate that it started out this way, despite manager stating we do our very best to make sure everything is running properly before each and every stay. Well, evidently not, as this was not working before we got there. Other than this, it was a spacious property and fit our needs. The rest of the stay was pleasant.

Our group of 6 gathered to celebrate a family wedding. We enjoyed our visit in Dripping Springs and your home was perfect for us! Thank you!

This is a top notch property in a quiet neighborhood with a large private fenced yard. The home is well appointed and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped. We found everything we needed for a cozy and comfortable few days in Hill Country for a cfor a comfortable

We were in town for a wedding at camp Lucy. This property was in a great location- only 10 min away. It is also close to a cute little historic downtown and another quaint town, wimberly,tx. The host was very responsive and helpful with many great suggestions for things to do and places to eat.

It was a great space, plenty of bathrooms and privacy for a large group. Super close to all the things to see in Dripping Springs.

This house is very spacious and close to all the entertainment, restaurants and shopping in the area. We were a group of 6 adults and enjoyed spending time together in the communal areas. We did some cooking while we were there and had enough cookware and dishes for meals. We would stay here again.

Great location and space for our crew

The home was clean, comfortable & attractively decorated. The homeowner was easy to work with & even left us a sweet note & a nice bottle of wine. The home was conveniently located to the wedding venue so it was a win!

We were in town for daughter’s wedding at Prospect House. This location was fabulous! The few things to mention are the bugs in the master shower and the lumpy pillows. Even with this, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
