Stayed Jun 7, 2025Honest review…this house was a Monet. We love this area and we love this neighborhood. We’ve stayed at The Village 6 or 7x. This was our first time at this house and unfortunately our last. The management company was amazing…communicative and responsive however the house needs some TLC. The mattresses are in DIRE need of replacement and the kitchen is woefully inadequate for a house of this size and price range. The floors have chunks of wood missing…the rugs are completely rolled around the edges…some of the blinds don’t have the rods to give you the ability to open and close them…etc. We did love the shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms, the screened porch and the AC was stellar. Some things for the owner to tighten up and the house will be great.

Stayed Apr 23, 2024This rental met all our needs. Good location (close to bike/walking trail), nearby restaurants, quiet & furnished nicely. 30-A has beautiful beaches! Would’ve liked to have a pitcher & maybe some measuring cups in kitchen, but def not a deal-breaker. Would stay here again + the swimming pool & exercise room an added bonus!
