Charming home walking distance from downtown Kanab, w/King Suite

Great location for our Grand Canyon rim to rim hike. Only an hour and a half drive from the North Rim and three and a half from the South Rim. We needed a Goldilocks place for optimal hike prep and recovery. House was very clean, beds were comfy, couch was plush, great heating and air conditioning to keep constant temperature for prime resting conditions! Would definitely book again!

Within an hour of all the parks, the place was clean and quite. Excellent, if we ever go back I will look to stay at the same place

This was the cutest home with lovely decor, plenty of space with large rooms, and thoughtful amenities. The location is ideal both in terms of the walkability into town and driveability to other must see places. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage in Kanab. Host was very responsible from the time of booking until we checked in. Also appreciated the crib which was set up before we arrived. Location is perfect and walking distance to restaurants in downtown Kanab.

Hello-Thank you so much for a fantastic place for my Sisters and I to stay. We were on a 5 day/4 night road trip and it was awesome to be able to all stay together. It worked out perfectly. Your home has a very comfortable/homey feel. We arrived in enough time to go for a short walk to determine where we would like to have dinner.Couple of suggestions- the option of a couple of night lights might be nice to have to direct you at night to the restroom without turning on the lights. A couple of extra pillows unless we missed them. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much!

Kanab is a great home base for visiting Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the North Rim. Why not stay in a fantastic home while there. Spacious for our family of 3 adults, well equipped, very clean, and the hosts are great! We’ll stay again and will recommend to family and friends.

We loved our stay here. We did not spend a lot of time but the time we did spend as well spent. We were able to relax and shower. The property is located in a perfect location. Close to everything. The host was very quick to respond each time. We had no issues during our stay. I would stay here again.

This is the BEST rental we have ever used. The location is perfect and the house was so clean and well stocked. Covered parking is so helpful! We loved the fire pit and the comfortable living room furniture. Made our daily naps a treat!Host is fantastic and very responsive. Brought over refill propane so fast. We can’t wait to come back with our family!

We love this house, had a fire pit looked at the stars. Great neighborhood to walk only a block off of main street in Kanab. Close to hiking and a that is fun.

Very comfortable home in the center of Kanab. Walk to great restaurants, K Hill, visitor's center and grocery store. Beautifully decorated home with a good vibe. Owners are very responsive to every need. We spent six nights during rain and heat and enjoyed every minute! Look no further...this is it!

Excellent stay! 2 couples in our mid 50’s that stayed in Kanab as a home base for some hiking adventures. The house was extremely clean and well equipped. The furniture/ beds were very comfortable . The house is walking distance to restaurants, stores and hiking trails. We enjoyed the yard and fire pit. The views from the house were amazing. We would definitely recommend and return if in the area again.

Location, location, location! This home is an excellent home base to hit some amazing sights. 45 minutes to Zion National Park and a little over an hour to Bryce Canyon National Park. There are also beautiful trails to explore just minutes outside of town. The home itself is very comfortable with a nice modern esthetic and it had everything we needed. Don’t miss out on the excellent coffee and breakfast burrItos at Nomad Coffee and for any outdoor gear needs and also good coffee check out Willow Canyon Outdoor. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The location is great. It's a short walk to everything we needed. The house was clean and tidy. The wi-fi worked great. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of places to lounge as well eat our meals. I was very impressed with the communication we had with our host. They were always quick to reply and very accommodating. They even got us a high chair for our grandson. I'd stay there again.

We would come back for sure! The house was as pictured/described, and the host was prompt and helpful in communication. It was super comfortable for me and two adult friends. Decor was cozy and furniture was comfortable. Best of all is the location! Wow! Stunning views, close to so many amazing hikes and adventures, and within walking/very short driving distance of places to eat,etc.I highly recommend this VRBO!!The only feedback I can offer is more of a clarification…we booked this after winning the lottery to hike The Wave. The listing says it is “5 minutes” from The Wave, but it is really about a 40 minute drive to the trailhead and parking lot. I think that it’s accurate because if you go with a tour company to hike The Wave, you are definitely within 5 minutes of your meetup spot to connect with a guide. This is in no way negative feedback—we truly loved everything about the VRBO and the hike. Just wanted to share in case it is helpful for anyone who might be trip planning.

Enjoyed the charming house and outdoor seating area. Having a washer & drier was helpful, however, the washer is out of balance and feet need adjusting to prevent it from walking across the floor. A quiet location.

This was a wonderful base for our trips to Zion, Bryce, Grand Canyon North Rim and Horseshoe Bend.
