Or head to the scenic Cape Cod Rail Trail to cycle along the scenic, paved path extending 22 miles from Dennis to Wellfleet.
Spanning three floors, your spacious retreat sits on a private half-acre of land and includes a beautifully landscaped yard, a gas grill, an outdoor shower, and a large deck. Inside, a well-shaded sunroom offers a cozy spot to dine and unwind. Gleaming hardwood floors and an abundance of natural light make the street-floor living area a delightful spot to relax. Get lost in a good book on the sleeper sofa or watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Prepare scrumptious dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, detailed with classic Cape Cod decor and a large bay window overlooking the front yard. While dinner simmers, enjoy a refreshing beverage at the kitchen table for two or more. When you’re ready to eat, savor your culinary creations in the sunroom for an enchanting twilight dinner.
Spend leisurely afternoons playing croquet on the lawn and grilling up meals on the lower-level patio. On the street level, a large wraparound deck is furnished with a six-person dining set and comfy outdoor seating.
Your vacation rental also includes a crib, men’s and women’s golf clubs, a ping-pong table, a croquet set, and a corn toss game. Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, a DVD player, a large-capacity washer/dryer, an outdoor shower, and two driveways with ample parking space.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great property and location, very impressed with all the amenities and supplies.
We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for us. .6 miles from a beach allowed for easy day trips and nights to watch the sunset too! We enjoyed building a puzzle and playing cards in the enclosed porch, and eating on the back deck in the cool evening air. The only wish we longed for was a/c in the basement bedroom as it was a warm week. Overall, wonderful place to stay!

The layout of this home is wonderful for entertaining guests. We enjoyed the layout and it was very comfortable to be in any room. Having guests have their own spaces was nice. The location is convenient and an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen is well supplied too if you want to cook for a night in. We especially loved spending time on the deck.
This home shows pride of ownership. The owners have stocked the house with everything that you need including plenty of towels, linens, dishes, pots. pans ,etc. The house was sparkling clean from top to bottom ~ not a speck of dirt anywhere. There is plenty of room to spread out and lots of places to sit and eat. The house is close to the beach and convenient to restaurants and shopping. We had a lovely weekend.
Overall this was our favorite place to rent in eleven years of coming to this area is the Cape. Modern and updated; comfortable living areas. The only reason we can’t give everything a 5 is that the listing says central air. Prior to booking, I questioned this because another reviewer said something about certain areas being too hot in the house. When I emailed the property manager the person replied and said yes to there being central ac. But the property does not have central air. We rented two weeks during a heatwave — so I realize it was unusually for weather at the Cape, but it made the basement (with no window ac unit) very difficult to utilize particularly to sleep (where one of the beds is located). Otherwise it was a great place for a 100 different reasons.
Property was well maintained and in a great location. Enjoyed biking to the beach. Beach is beautiful and it’s straight down on the road you are on!
Nicely located house clean and comfortable, we had a wonderful stay!
