Property is a ways out so it it quiet at night and the house is very cute with a great layout. Spacious rooms with a very nice kitchen and lots of storage. Beds are extremely comfortable.Our experience was a bit of Murphy's Law in action- but EXCELLENT and prompt host response. The first door code didn't work. I called VRBO, they got the owner on the phone immediately and she gave me a new code which worked fine. Tried to log into wifi and had trouble. The owner had given me her cell so I texted her and got fast response with new wifi and password. There appeared to be an issue with her router. A few light bulbs were out which I told her about. Not enough to cause issues. Went to take a shower and no water pressure. One shower only dripped and the other was not much better (In talking with her after, they had fixed that). We really could not stay the second night with that situation. (Owner says the water pressure issue has since been fixed). Owner was very understanding and did fully refund us for the second night. She never stopped communicating with me. I never waited long for a response. This was just one of those things and her response was more than I expected. Very refreshing.

Our family recently stayed at this wonderful Dripping Springs property while attending a wedding at a nearby venue, and it was absolutely ideal! The house exceeded our expectations in terms of space and comfort.Highlights:Spacious & Accommodating:This was the standout feature. The house had plenty of room for our entire group to spread out, relax, gather together, and get ready for the wedding festivities without feeling cramped. The layout worked perfectly for our needs.Great for Groups:Whether it was sharing meals, reminiscing after the wedding, or just enjoying downtime, the common areas were comfortable and inviting. The bedrooms provided everyone with their own comfortable retreat.Convenient Location:Being situated in Dripping Springs was perfect. We found it easy to get to the wedding venue, Ma Maison and also explore a bit of the area when we had time.Clean & Well-Maintained:The property was clean upon our arrival and everything was in good working order.

We were in Dripping Springs for a wedding with our two adult children and dogs. This house was close to the locations of the wedding and other festivities yet is in a private location. It was the perfect place to stay.

We stayed for a baseball tournament weekend. Perfect place to let our son wind down and relax after a long day of baseball. Plenty of room for the whole family! Cute yard and great porch to bbq while the kids played.

Ample space for our family of 7. I really loved how the house was surrounded by nature, my children loved it too. I would definitely book again!

This home is only 1.4 miles from the main drag going through Dripping Springs. Some of the best distilleries, winery's, and even the Hill Country Olive Company are less than 5 minutes away. Deep Eddy, which is all the way on the other side of town is 10 minutes away, so if you plan is to be in Dripping Springs, this location is awesome. That being said, you are far enough away from town that it is very quiet, so don't be worried that you will be hearing vehicles all day long, you won't. My husband and I tend to walk around indoors with socks on a lot, and in past rentals, it was often obvious that people didn't clean their floors well - and this is a pet peeve of ours. In this case, the floors were spotless. After walking around in white socks for several hours, they were just as clean as when we arrived. I can't say that is the case for most VRBO's, but it was here. Great job on the homeowner's part. In full transparency, when you are driving the last 1 mile to the house or so, the neighborhood isn't the greatest, so if you have family with you that aren't accustomed to being in rural neighborhoods, you may want to prepare them for that. There is nothing sketchy or dangerous in any way, it just country. The rental is a manufactured home at the back of the customer's property. Plenty of places to park your cars if you have a large group. There was a very big wind storm that came through the area the week prior to our arrival, and it was obvious that the owners had already started working through the clean-up process. We were there during winter, and were there to attend a wedding, so we didn't spend much time outdoors.

The house was perfect. Equipped with everything we needed, there was plenty of space for 6 of us and we enjoyed corn hole in the front. Great location to wineries and the town. Hostess was super responsive and very helpful.
