The house is beautiful and the little outside area and garden are lovely. The downsides are that the wifi is terrible & the house is adjacent to a busy road which has enormous trucks travelling to or from the port all through the night. While the accommodation is wonderful, you have to be a very heavy sleeper to endure the noise & shaking caused by the trucks.

Arriving at The Front Office was like walking into a Somerset Maugham novel with the large outdoor palms, the solid leather and wood furniture and the classical library all set in large generous open spaces. We loved the open-plan kitchen/ dining area which provided a perfect place to come together, and share the cooking.

We loved the large amount of space at this lodging! Each bedroom had plenty of space, including large closets for unpacking and storing your clothes. The kitchen is large with plenty of accessories for cooking. The master room and ensuite felt luxurious, with lots of room and comfortable bed. The location is a bit unusual, as it's located at one end of a large parking lot, and next to a fairly busy road. But we didn't hear noise from the road while we were inside the home. I recommend this location if you are looking for larger spaces.

A spacious house with good amenities and some interesting history. Nice and clean. Only downsides were the keybox was hard to locate and to get to the third bedroom you had to go through the 2nd bedroom. Overall very positive.
