Stayed Dec 10, 2024We rented the house for family to stay at for a birthday party near by. The house is clean and furnished. The only real issue we had was, we had to keep calling to get the temperature of the hot tub turned up, which was a pain as it should have been kept at a comfortable temperature, without having to call when we wanted to use it. As we paid full price for use of all the ammenities.

Stayed Feb 1, 2022This is the second time we have stayed in Cape Coral. This property is in a much better location. Quiet, low traffic , friendly neighbors, great location The no shock pool ( 86 deg ) was wonderful. Heat pump heater far superior to our last places solar heater. The Gator in the canal was fun to watch up close. Be sure to try the German bakery on Del Prado ( Bread Pete ) Fantastic !!
