Charming Gardiner Home w/ Yard & Sunroom

The house was adorable! Everything was well stocked and clean and hosts were amazing to deal with!

Our group of friends enjoyed staying at this Gardiner house for Thanksgiving. Although the property has no curb appeal it is cozy and comfortable inside. The host was very responsive, kind and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The house was lovely and we would stay there again. When I had questions, our host got back to me quickly and professionally. We would highly recommend staying there.

The property was comfortable, clean and everyone in our group enjoyed the home. We found a nearby restaurant that served excellent food, and we enjoyed wine tasting nearby as well as a laundromat and grocery store.

Don't judge this book by the cover! As you drive up, the house exterior looks pretty ordinary, but the interior is great, we were 4 adults and had plenty of room. Communication was great from start to finish, we would definitely stay here again and as we were here for a family wedding nearby, we may do just that!

This house is beautifully appointed. it is soacious with lots if room to spread out. The kitchen is large and well equipped with a stand alone water cooler. The owner was very responsive to our questions and requests. It was a very enjoyable stay.

This house was very comfortable and clean. The location was great as it was close to other towns, restaurants and shopping. Communication with Kimberly was great as well!

Good stay

The house is adorable and cozy - updated but still has character. Location is quiet and easy to get to. I really liked how “the rules” were reasonable and clear and being given the option to check in a little early and check out a little later was awesome since it was a holiday. Too many places treat you like a number so it’s refreshing to be treated in such a friendly manner and I really appreciated that accommodation. We hope to be back again!

We stayed in this cute and relaxing home that was perfect for families. This house is so nice and clean, such a relief to arrive and feel so comfortable. The decor was awesome, with a mix of vintage and modern. The beds were comfy, had nice cozy linens, and were perfect for sleeping. There were plenty of plush towels and other necessities. We received a friendly text on the morning of our arrival saying that our rental was ready for us. We had great communication with the host from the time of booking through our departure. We look forward to returning in the future. Just a sweet spot!
