Charming Gainesville Townhome 2

Very convenient and clean. Host was great.

Shops and department stores were in walking distance from the townhome I stayed 12 days each time for work getting to work took less than 20 minutes which was awesome for the workers the townhome was clean and beautiful I would recommend this Townhome you will not be disappointed he respond quickly with no problem

We loved this cozy town home. It was very clean and pleasant. There were some nifty features such as remote control fans, a vibrating massage chair, and an artificial fireplace/light feature in the master bedroom. We had neighbors in both surrounding units and we could not hear a single sound from them. Communication with the host was excellent! Would definitely recommend. There was access to everything we needed nearby.

The host was responsive. The townhouse is very nice. The stay was quiet and peaceful.

We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and just as described, providing a peaceful place to rest. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host was kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. We appreciated the quiet environment and would consider staying again. Lots of shopping within 5 min of property. Property was in perfect condition.

It was perfect for what we needed. Much better than a hotel. Bedding was awesome…very comfortable. Owner is very friendly and easy to work with!! Will definitely stay again if the need arises.

My two sons and I enjoyed staying in the townhouse. It was very spacious and clean. We particularly enjoyed the massage chair and the electric fireplaces since the weather was cold and rainy when we visited. It was just a few minutes drive to good restaurants and cafes in the downtown area.

The property left us feeling rather short-changed. Fireplace not operational, wired problem w/ceiling fan in master bed-kept going off & on thru nite. No instruction information of TV, no area information (always in other rentals, a folder of take-outs, restaurants etc). Check out @ 10 am inconvenient. 11am would have been civil.

The property was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I have family in Gainesville, and will definitely stay here again the next time i visit.
